All characters are technically 'all rights reserved,' but you're free to draw them within the following boundaries:
1. No NSFC works, crudity, lewdity, or cartoon nudity. (If you make such things, keep 'em to yourself and your bedroom wall.)
2. Do not place characters in non-canon romantic situations. Assume that they're either happily married or intent on staying single. (This includes "ships" and "reverse ships.")
3. No violence/gore/nastiness.
4. Don't take characters out of character. Chri doesn't cuss, Rachel doesn't play a Minimoog, and Bennett doesn't use Windows. :-)
5. As far as politicized art goes, I draw the line at plain patriotism. American and Christian flags are acceptable, but keep everything else independent of a particular political "-wing."
